2024-2025 Annual Registration Season Open!

All members of USA Rugby, USA Youth & High School Rugby, and Rugby Oregon MUST register annually BEFORE participating in any activities. This includes all Head and Assistant Coaches, Team Administrators, Volunteers, Referees, and Players. This registration must be complete before and regardless of any Rugby Oregon Seasonal registrations. Head and Assistant Coaches, Team Administrators, and Volunteers, please review the Coach Education page for additional requirements.

STEP 1:
Annual Registration with USAR and USAY&HSR

ALL Rugby Oregon members (Players AND Staff) must register annually with USA Rugby and USA Youth & High School Rugby with the National Registration system here:

STEP 2:
Seasonal Registration with Rugby Oregon

Players must register at BOTH Match Facts (seasonally for Rugby Oregon) and Rugby Explorer (annually for USA Rugby and USA Youth & High School Rugby) in order to be fully registered. Players who are not fully registered will not be able to participate. Be sure to log in with the same email address you used to register previously if you are a returning player. If you are a new member, you will need to create an account. Additional players can be registered under the same parent account.

Refund Policy

All registrations are eligible for a complete refund if requested within 7 days of registration and prior to competition beginning. After 7 days, refunds are processed as follows:

  • No refund is available for USA Rugby & USA Youth & High School fees – $35 per competition year (September 1 – August 31).
  • Prior to the start of competition, Rugby Oregon will refund all fees received.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that a season is cancelled, refunds are processed as follows:

  • No refund is available for USA Rugby & USA Youth & High School fees – $35 per competition year (September 1 – August 31).
  • Prior to the start of competition, Rugby Oregon will refund all fees received.
  • After competition begins, 10% refund will be issued for each unplayed week, based on a 10-week season including the Jamborees.
