2025 Fall 7s Girls Season Registration Open!
All members of USA Rugby, USA Youth & High School Rugby, and Rugby Oregon MUST register annually BEFORE participating in any activities. This includes all Head and Assistant Coaches, Team Administrators, Volunteers, Referees, and Players. This registration must be complete before and regardless of any Rugby Oregon Seasonal registrations

SafeSport Certification Requirement – 18+ Players
You can access the course by logging into your Rugby Xplorer Membership Profile, and selecting accreditations. If a member has recently turned 18, they will be notified via email of the requirement to complete certification through Rugby Xplorer with instructions.
Starting with the 2024-25 registration cycle, all Rugby Oregon players will be required to complete SafeSport Certification upon turning 18. For more information, please see the announcement from USA Youth & High School Rugby.

Refund Policy
All registrations are eligible for a complete refund if requested within 7 days of registration and prior to competition beginning. After 7 days, refunds are processed as follows:
- No refund is available for USA Rugby & USA Youth & High School fees – $35 per competition year (September 1 – August 31).
- Prior to the start of competition, Rugby Oregon will refund all fees received.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that a season is cancelled, refunds are processed as follows:
- No refund is available for USA Rugby & USA Youth & High School fees – $35 per competition year (September 1 – August 31).
- Prior to the start of competition, Rugby Oregon will refund all fees received.
- After competition begins, 10% refund will be issued for each unplayed week, based on a 10-week season including the Jamborees.
