Codes of Conduct

All Rugby Oregon affiliate teams, players, coaches, referees, and supporters are considered to be ambassadors of the sport of rugby who are viewed by members of the general public and media as examples of the sport and those who play it. As such, each team, player, coach, referee, and supporter in Rugby Oregon is expected to behave with integrity at all times both on and off the playing field.

Disciplinary Committee

The Rugby Oregon Disciplinary Committee is charged with addressing alleged violations of Rugby Oregon’s code of conduct. The committee will investigate allegations and adjudicate on them. The Terms of Reference articulates the purpose, authority, responsibility and membership of the committee.

The Disciplinary Committee abides by the Disciplinary Guidelines and Sanctions for Underage Players as set forth by World Rugby.
