Spring Flag Rugby – Enrollment Open

| WHAT: | Flag Rugby is a free-flowing game that allows all players to pick up the ball and run. Teamwork is a key element to success and is emphasized along with a high level of sportsmanship. |

Flag Rugby is a great experience for everyone whether you currently play team/individual sports or not. Tall, short, fast, not-so-fast, girl or boy. We create a culture where you'll love to play the game.
Our coaches are certified Rugby Sevens instructors and adhere to the principles of the Positive Coach model. The Positive Coach focuses on effort rather than outcome and on learning rather than comparison to others. Emphasis will be on safety and fun at all times, and the use of flags limits physical contact. Skill emphasis is on running, passing, ball handling and teamwork.
